Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the artwork has been approved and finalized.

Order Changes & Cancellations
You may request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order.

Revisions
We offer FREE revisions to ensure you are satisfied with your custom pet portrait. Please contact us if you'd like any adjustments.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item
- The product is damaged during shipping

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after approval
- Incorrect photo uploaded by the customer
